Hi, I’m LaShanae Butler—Realtor®, dance and cheer coach, published author, and lifelong motivator. Whether I’m guiding a client through the journey of homeownership or coaching a young performer toward their next big moment on stage, my mission is always the same: to inspire confidence, unlock potential, and help others make powerful moves in life.
My love for real estate stems from a deep passion for helping people find more than just a house—I help them discover home. As a dedicated agent in the Metro Atlanta area, I specialize in working with first-time buyers, growing families, and anyone ready to turn their real estate dreams into reality. I provide personalized guidance and access to a range of resources to make the process smooth, strategic, and successful.
Before real estate, I spent over 16 years coaching competitive dance and cheerleading, instilling discipline, confidence, and self-expression in students ages 4 to 18. As the first Black Little Miss Daleville (1998–1999), I learned early on the importance of representation, leadership, and using your platform to uplift others. That foundation still drives me today—through mentoring youth, empowering women, and motivating everyone I encounter to tap into their inner greatness.
I’m also a published author, blending creativity with purpose to tell stories that inspire—especially young girls of color—to see themselves as powerful, worthy, and capable of achieving anything.
No matter the setting—whether it’s the closing table, the studio, or the page—my purpose is clear: to motivate, mentor, and move others forward.

With over 16 years of coaching experience, I’ve built a legacy of empowering youth through movement. I lead Kryptonite Elite Dance, a training ground for young dancers in hip-hop, jazz, ballet, majorette, and pom. Here, students gain more than technique—they discover confidence, community, and the strength to shine.
The Mirrorlight Chronicles
I’m the proud author of a children’s book series designed to uplift and inspire young girls of color. Through magical storytelling, my books remind readers that their voice, power, and beauty matter. Each page is a celebration of self-love, purpose, and the magic within.
